Description
This coffee is an excellent blend of Ethiopia and Guatamala Coffee.
The Ethiopia coffee is a washed lot from coffee producing village in the highlands of Arbegona, Sidama. Unlike other coffee-growing regions in the country, the altitude of this region is around 2,200m above sea level and its coffee is referred as a Highland Coffee. The coffee is grown on tiny plots of lands in Arbegona highlands, benefiting from the region’ high altitude means smaller in bean size and more flavourful coffee.
The Guatamala coffee is from Finca Medina which was founded in 1842. With 100 hectares, Finca Medina is located in the foothills of the Agua volcano on the outskirts of Antigua, Guatemala City. The farm has set the goal to be a pioneer in water cleaning in coffee processes to reuse the water and hopes to accomplish the most exigent parameters in the BOD and QOD indexes.
