Description
This coffee is an excellent blend of Ethiopia and Brazil Coffee.
The Ethiopia coffee is a washed lot from coffee producing village in the highlands of Arbegona, Sidama. Unlike other coffee-growing regions in the country, the altitude of this region is around 2,200m above sea level and its coffee is referred as a Highland Coffee. The coffee is grown on tiny plots of lands in Arbegona highlands, benefiting from the region’ high altitude means smaller in bean size and more flavourful coffee.
The beautiful Brazilian Coffee is from Patricia, who is a small farmer located at Mogiana, in the city of Espirito Santo do Pinhal. She has recently taken over the family business from her father, alongside her son Pedro.
