Do you have vegan and vegetarian options?

Yes, we have some great vegan and veggie options. We also have vegan/veggie sweet treats available most days. Please take a look at our menu on the Cafe page.

Can you cater for gluten free?

We sure can, we have gluten free bread available. We do take great care to make sure our food is gluten free when requested, but as our kitchen handles items with gluten there may be a small chance of cross contamination.

Do you sell gift vouchers?

Please purchase our gift vouchers online.

Are you dog friendly?

Yes - all well behaved dogs welcome.

Do you have parking?

Unfortunately we don’t have any parking. But there is a little car park next door but one called Christleton Road Car Park. It’s 20p for 2 hours, or £3 all day. You may also get a free space at the top of Sandy Lane or surrounding streets. There is also a car park on Sandy Lane by the park which is free for 4 hours and a 5 minute walk.

When will my coffee by shipped?

We aim to ship every working day, from Monday-Friday. We will try to despatch the following day after ordering.

When will my coffee arrive?

As we roast in small batches we roast Monday-Friday so always aim to get your order out next working day. All shipments will be sent First Class.

Do I need to rest my coffee when it arrives?

No, we aim to rest all coffee for the perfect amount of time before it is shipped to you. Improving flavour and your experience.

Why are some coffees recommended to brew as espresso or filter?

In our experience some coffees have natural characteristics that make them more suitable for one brewing method than another. Espresso machines will make your cup more intense and acidic, hand filter coffee can bring out clearer and more distinguishable flavours.

How do I get in touch to chat about a problem with my coffee?

We work really hard to make sure the quality of our coffees is kept at a consistently high level. If you are not happy with the quality of your coffee please contact us within 7 days of receiving your coffee and we will endeavour to find an appropriate solution.
