With an incredible 230 precise and repeatable grind settings, the Vario™+ covers everything from fine espresso through to medium and coarse grinds for filter coffee, Chemex and cafetière. The intuitive macro and micro adjustment levers make dialling in your grind quick and effortless. Need to switch brew styles? A simple slide of the lever takes you from espresso to filter in seconds.

Hands-free dosing is easy thanks to digital timers and three programmable presets, allowing you to save your favourite grind times for accurate, one-touch dosing. Grind straight into the included portafilter holder or into the grounds bin for filter brewing.

At its heart are 54mm ceramic flat burrs, designed for fast, accurate grinding while staying sharp for up to twice as long as steel burrs. A high-torque DC motor with belt drive keeps grinding smooth and cool, helping preserve flavour and consistency. Thoughtful touches like front-mounted controls, an 8oz grounds bin and Baratza’s exclusive PortaHolderround out a grinder that’s as enjoyable to use as it is effective.
